Getting involved in outdoor activities in one of the best way to embrace a healthy and exciting life. In fact, around 50% of US residents are involved in outdoor activities in 2014 (according to a report by outdoor foundation). Having that said, outdoor activities can be dangerous if you aren't well prepared to face the obstacles and constantly evolving situations.
